Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be at least 21 years of age and own your home and have proof of ownership.

2. Entrants must live in the central MN area.

How to Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one registration form entry per person and one entry per e-mail address.

4. To enter: Entrants must complete a registration form.

5. The giveaway starts on March 8, 2013. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on March 10, 2013. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail or for printing errors.

6. One winner of the $1500 remodeling giveaway will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on or about April 30, 2013.

7. All entries received that are mutilated tampered with, illegible, incomplete or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prize

8. The winner will receive a $1,500.00 remodeling credit redeemable directly to Schoenberg Construction. The winner is responsible for all expense related to their remodeling project in excess of the prize amount. All excess expenses will be expressly stated in a contract if needed or necessary.

9. The winner will be notified by phone, mail and/or email. The winner must complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility.

10. The Winner’s $1,500 remodeling credit from this promotion expires on March 01, 2014 and must be redeemed by this date or the credit becomes void.

The Legalities

11. There is no cash option or cash value for the prize.

12. Prize winner must agree to have name and/or pictures published online, on Facebook, newspaper and/or in other promotional materials.

13. No family members, employees or relatives are eligible to win the prize.

14. Prize is nontransferable and may be redeemed only for construction services on the home owned by winner as noted on the Certificate of Eligibility.
